  • 1 c soaked cashews, drained
  • 1 T nutritional yeast
  • 1 T Herbamare
  • 1 T apple cider vinegar
  • juice of one lemon
  • 2 tsp dried parsley
  • 3/4 tsp powdered garlic
  • 3/4 tsp powdered onion

Instructions
 

  • Soak 1 cup cashews for several hours or overnight.
